Blue Bat Kitchen Email Conversion

In April of 2018, Hospitality Democracy opened a new restaurant in one of its old restaurant's spaces. The new concept, Blue Bat Kitchen + Tequilaria, was introduced to its old email list, Water Buffalo, to allow them to continue to "follow along" and continue to be part of the VIP, in-the-know customers.
What I Accomplished:

This Blue Bat Kitchen email is just one example of the ongoing monthly emails that I wrote, designed and deploy for the 6 different restaurant concepts of Hospitality Democracy.

All of the restaurants had very strong email lists with our largest totaling over 12,000 subscribers. Using email to reach faithful diners was an important way to foster repeat visits, tell our story and provide exclusive offers. Additionally, it allowed our guests another direct connection with us to provide feedback.

Each month, I created emails based on our goals and content calendar.
Emails typically see an above average open rate of 12-15%. Which is consistently over the industry standard of 10%.
