A re-imagined Weddings in the Ward event

 

Redeveloped “Weddings in the Ward” Bridal Show from start to finish. Refreshed brand, elevated the experience through strategic partnerships, and executed the event through management of a support team. Show sold out and made a profit for the first time in its existence.

 
 

What I accomplished:

 

1.

Developed a strategic partnership with Mint + Lovely Studios. They worked under my direction to create a new look and feel for the Weddings in the Ward brand including logo, photography, collateral and language. 

I translated the new look to the website, social media channels, collateral and overall experience.

 

2.

I re-imagined the event, making changes to the schedule, the venues, and the sponsors and partners with whom we engaged.

 

3.

I brought on new sponsors and partners including West Elm, Relics Antique Rentals, Milwaukee Food Tours and Sunsational Vacations. I arranged a honeymoon trip giveaway as the final prize through Sunsational Vacations.

 

The re-imagined show was our highest attended show that also sold out. We negotiated new event space rental contracts from the event.
